While several mints around the world produce coins to celebrate the lunar new year, this 2023 25 Francs two ounce fine silver coin issued by Burundi is one of the most beautiful issues, featuring elegant art, a proof finish, a genuine jade inlay, selective gold plating and a holographic element. Mintage is limited to just 1,888 coins.  HST/GST exempt.

The Design:

The classic engraved design features a pair of rabbits in a field, while the Jadestone element presents an adorable single rabbit.  The obverse features the Burundi Coat of Arms with a holographic effect, along with the denomination and silver weight & purity.
