This unique two part set includes a 2019 low mintage commemorative one ounce $5 year of the pig coin together with a lunar two ounce fine silver bar that combine to make a perfect three ounce collector set. While the coin features a proof collector version of the year of the pig, the bar features a lunar design. Each set is individually numbered on the bar and includes a collector display box and COA . The coin is dated 2019 and is legal tender in Australia. Mintage is limited to 2,000. HST/GST exempt.
The Design:
$1 Coin with Fu (Prosperity) Privy Mark
The reverse design features a cute pig with a pot-belly positioned on a lovely grass field. Four piglets are also displayed. A deciduous branch is featured above the pig and piglets. The word “pig” is also featured in Chinese characters by the branch. Toward the bottom of the reverse side of the coin, there is an inscription that reads “Year of the Pig.” The privy mark ”fu” which means prosperity, make this set a highlight of the Perth Mint. The obverse side of the coin displays an effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
